David Lee Walker, 59, died Monday, June 30, 2014, in Frankfort, KY.
Born in Little Rock, AR, he was a longtime resident of Wichita, KS prior to relocating to Savannah in 2010.
David was a graduate of Pittsburg State Univ. in Pittsburg, KS. He retired from Boeing/Spirit in Wichita and was currently employed by Riteway Services.
Surviving are his wife of eight years, Cathy Walker; his mother, Isabelle Walker; a daughter, Brianna Avers (Jason); his stepchildren, Greg, Jeff, Dustin, and Nicole Drummond; his sister, Pat Walker; and two granddaughters. He was predeceased by his father, Howard W. Walker.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2014, at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
